Murder Cleanup Guy was derived from a picture of an earlier no-name stickman drawing cleaning up the mess left after killing of somebody.

Murder Cleanup Guy, as it is. What was written behind "murder" could be only wondered about.

The image itself was quickly popularized because at the time, killing in the snafus was popular leading to the picture being reposted to every post like this.
